 
1. Merrow will send a certified safe packaging box to you or directly to your customer.
2. Machine is sent to the Merrow Factory drained of oil (FREE OF CHARGE!)
3. Merrow technicians completely disassemble, clean, and service your machine (*see above for list of standard parts that are replaced)
4. We send your machine back to you as good as new in 7 BUSINESS DAYS
